To get off the last few pounds, you need to plan ahead. That way you will not be in a position where the crunchy things seem to be your only option. Also, if you don't buy junk food, it won't be there to tempt you! When you plan ahead, you have healthy food available & ready to go, if you are working, or in the fridge or on the counter if you are at home. When there is healthy food available, it is easier to make better choices!
