Last night, the fourth annual "Heart Truth" Fashion Show was streamed live online to the public for the first time. The show featured one-of-a-kind dresses by Canada's top fashion designers that were modelled by Canada's hottest female celebrities to raise awareness about heart disease and how it is affecting more and more women.
